Day 1
Travelers are welcome to arrive any time, even before the 4th - John has room for some early visitors to stay.
Depending where you are staying, checking-in Thursday when you arrive is a good idea.
There will be food and drink available at John's for early arrivers. This is a great place to hang out and get ready for the weekend!

Day 2
Breakfast at your hotel, or at John’s, or at a local restaurant (we do not all need to be together for this)
Morning walk at the river for early risers
Meet at Riverbanks Zoo - Tour Riverbanks a Top 10 Zoo in America
7.6 miles - 15 minutes from John’s
We are leaving this meal time open so as to allow for more flexibility in the day - as far as what and what time you eat. Some people may want to stay late at the zoo, some may be off playing tennis, or other. Know that we will be have a large Italian meal for dinner, followed by an epic Ice Cream Sundae Bar
We will have State & Frink with the drinks and snacks available, so if you want to pickup food and eat lunch there that would be a good, common gathering place for those picking up.
Not everyone has to do the same thing. Some good ideas are below:

After a morning at Adventure Base Camp there will be a need for everyone to shower and get ready for the afternoon and Dinner at Terra.
Please come back to State & Frink dressed for dinner at Terra. We will have a photographer at S&F to capture pictures of Trivia and Bingo as well as candids and family photos.
John will dig deep and put together the ultimate set of questions for the in-person throwdown that will happen.

Brunch catered to State & Frink or just continental (Bagels, danish, egg bakes, doughnuts, coffee, orange juice, mimosas)
People head home, except for anyone who is looking to extend the stay
